Plastic Adirondack Chairs There Are Advantages

Expert Article By: Jesse Akre

Truthfully, no one wants to be hosting a barbeque or outdoor gathering with a bunch of cheap and gaudy lawn furniture adorning the yard. Not only is this smack of desperation or some pathological ?penny-pinching? only a streak but cheap lawn or deck furniture can literally make the entire exterior of your beautiful home seem trite or even comical. Still, there simply is not always room in the budget for some premium teak outdoor furniture and?well, guests need to sit somewhere! While quality-made plastic Adirondack chairs may seem like an oxymoron, you may be surprised at just how well these stately pieces of lawn furniture can actually ADD value to your home and impress friends and family alike.

Most of us are aware that Adirondack chairs are typically made from woods such as cedar or pine which is part of the reason why they make such excellent choices for decks, patios, and other exterior areas. The Adirondack chair was in fact originally designed as an outdoor piece of furniture and was a very popular choice for cabins, lake retreats, and other recreational facilities. However, with wood prices continuing to escalate, quality-made plastic Adirondack chairs have become a very popular and logical alternative to the traditional wooden chairs.

New-age plastic Adirondack chairs are actually made of very durable materials that provide both durability and quality. One of the biggest advantages in buying a plastic Adirondack chair is the fact that color and texture are uniform throughout. While Adirondack furniture made from wood will necessarily wear and reveal places where nicks, scratches or similar damage may have occurred?this is not a problem with plastic and the chair or lounger will remain in pristine condition for years to come.

Now one of the major and very reasonable objections to any type of plastic furniture, let alone Adirondack pieces, is the weight. We have all had experiences or know of examples when a storm blew plastic lawn furniture all over the place. At best, this is an inconvenience and you will need to chase patio chairs and the like all over the place. In many cases, the plastic furniture is damaged and will need to be replaced.

With premium plastic Adirondack chairs, however, this is not a concern. In most cases, the weight of the plastic furniture is comparable to wooden pieces and thus there is little chance for anything to blow away or get damaged. In truth, quality plastic Adirondack chairs are every bit as durable and reliable as the originals but at lowered cost so you can truly adorn your outdoor space in style and comfort.

Voting Question: I am in the middle of a charge back dispute, what do I do?

Hello, I ordered some cologne from a USA business last month and paid for USPS since that was the most economical way to get it to me. However, almost a month passed and I still did not have it so I went to the seller and asked for a refund. The tracking no. showed nothing new but just it was processed at a California USPS branch. For three weeks this was the case. I was a little paranoid since there was no way to check where the parcel was heading except that it was 'in route' and both customs and domestic post acknowledged that it was not in the country after all this time. I filed a charge back with my bank since the seller stopped replying to my email and was granted a charge back after five days. I promptly forgot about this issue since the seller was silent and the tracking still had not updated. I then got an angry email about two weeks later stating that I was a liar and a thief for charging back. I looked up the tracking and it showed that it had been delivered, on the day of the delivery, noone was home as our family was away for a long weekend. I called up the post office and they advised that the driver might have left it outside and he would drive through and check again if he remembers leaving it. I gave my house description and when the post office called me back, the driver said that he had delivered to a house with different colour walls and a different colour door that mine and they did not match. I then got an email saying that the seller of my cologne is disputing this issue and that the funds (which I don't have) might be taken from my bank account. It does say that the parcel was delivered but there is no way to check to what address and if they just left it outside while we were away. I forwarded the results of the post office's investigation to my bank who is handling the matter. What can I do? If I lose, I will be out of merchandise plus money which leaves a bad taste in my mouth since the contents of the package was supposed to kickstart my own small business. What are the chances I am going to win this? I kept in regular contact with the seller and post people throughout this time. Thank you If it matters, I paid using my VISA debit card straight to their website. Thank you Louis, the money was never taken away from me. It was just a possibility that my bank raised should I lose this dispute. However, I do not have enough funds in my bank at the moment since the parcel I ordered was about $600 and I really have less than that. I also found out just now that the seller never opened an inquiry with USPS which I thought he did, so I have been running around calling my country's postal service on his behalf all this time and he just filed this dispute four days after the alledged delivery.

Resolved Question: Why do we have to keep DELETING Islamic records to remain in Islam?

From Islam’s OWN authoritative ISLAMIC HADITHS. (which if rejected or deemed corrupted will destroy the very foundation of islam). MURDERER--- "SARIYYAH OF UMAYR IBN ADI - When the apostle heard what she had said he said, "Who will rid me of Marwan's daughter?" Umayr b. Adiy al-Khatmi who was with him heard him, and that very night he went to her house and killed her (Her children were sleeping around her. There was one whom she was suckling. He searched her with his hand because he was blind, and separated the child from her. He thrust his sword in her chest till it pierced up to her back). In the morning he came to the apostle and told him what he had done and he [Muhammad] said, "You have helped Allah and His apostle, O Umayr!" When he asked if he would have to bear any evil consequences the apostle said, "Two goats won't butt their heads about her" LIAR: Ishaq:166 "'You Muhammad, have recited to the people that which I did not bring to you from Allah, and you have said that which He did not say to you.'. PED-OPHILE --- Bukhari V7, B62, N64 Narrated 'Aisha: that the Prophet married her when she was six years old and he had sex with her when she was nine years old, and then she remained with him for nine years. Muslim (8:3311) - The girl took her dolls with her to Muhammad's house (something to play with when the "prophet" was not having sex with her). RAPIST--- "I was afraid for you (Muhammad) taking this young lady (ie rape). You had killed her father, her husband and many of her relatives, I was really afraid for you". (Ibn Ishaq, p. 766) INCEST - Then when Zaid (muhammad’s adopted son who had married a beautiful woman) had divorced her, we joined her in marriage to you (Muhammad): in order that (in future) there may be no difficulty to the Believers in (the matter of) marriage with the wives of their adopted sons. And Allah's command must be fulfilled. -- Sura 33:37 CHILD MOLESTER - Bukhari (6:298) - Muhammad would take a bath with the little girl and fondle her. PERVERT - Muhammad: "By Allah, I did not come to fight for nothing. I wanted a victory over Ta'if so that I might obtain a slave girl from them and make her pregnant." (Tabari IX: 25) Bukhari (93:639) - The Prophet of Islam would recite the 'Holy Qur'an' with his head in Aisha's lap, when she was menstruating. ADULTERER - Qur'an (4:24) - "And all married women (are forbidden unto you) save those (captives) whom your right hands possess." Allah even permitted Muhammad and his men to have sex with married slaves, such as those captured in battle. CONTEMPT FOR WOMEN - Tabari IX:113 "Allah permits you to shut them in separate rooms and to beat them, but not severely. If they abstain, they have the right to food and clothing. Treat women well for they are like domestic animals and they possess nothing themselves. Allah has made the enjoyment of their bodies lawful in his Qur'an." Tabari I:280 "Allah said, 'It is My obligation to make Eve bleed once every month as she made this tree bleed. I must also make Eve stupid, although I created her intelligent.' Because Allah afflicted Eve, all of the women of this world menstruate and are stupid.” ROBBER --- Tabari VII:29', "Then the apostle heard that Abu Sufyan b. Harb was coming from Syria with a large caravan of Quraysh, containing money and merchandise, accompanied by some thirty or forty men." Mohammad said, "This is the Quraysh caravan containing their property, Go out to attack it, perhaps Allah will give it as prey(loot)," FEAR OF CROSSES - Amr ibn Sharhabil says Muhammad mentioned to his wife Khadijah that he feared he was possessed by demons and wondered whether others might consider him possessed by jinn (Pfander 1910:345). He says Muhammad said; “ When I went into seclusion I heard a voice. By Allah I feared that something bad was going to happen.” Also revealing is the report by Al Waqidi that Muhammad had such an aversion to the form of the cross that he would break everything brought into the house with a shape of the cross on it (Nehls 1990:61). FEAR OF CONDEMNATION BY GOD - Narrated Abu Musa: The sun eclipsed and the Prophet jumped up, being terrified that it might be his hour of Judgment. He went to the Mosque and offered the prayer with the longest Qiyam, bowing and prostration that I had ever seen him doing."[Sahih Bukhari Volume 2, Book 18, Number 167] POISONED to Death--- Narrated 'Aisha: The Prophet in his ailment from which he died, used to say, "O 'Aisha! I still feel the pain caused by the food I ate at Khaibar, and at this time, I feel as if my aorta is being cut from that poison!" (Sahih al-Bukhari, V 5, Bk 59, No. 713). Even Ghandi or Mother Theresa did not have such incriminating records. What's more, these were written by leading muslims!!!

Resolved Question: Can Jared the Galleria of Jewelry take me to court?

In 2008 I applied for their credit card and got approved for two diamond rings. Long story short, I was involved in a domestic violence situation and he stole the rings. I since, lost my job and I had to move. I've had trouble getting back on my feet but I am trying. They won't let me go back on my payment plan because I defaulted and I know that I can go back on it and continue making payments, they're just being really difficult with me and asking me for a ridiculous lump some of $1,800 and refuse to put me back on a payment plan even though I know I can make payments toward the merchandise. I am not even asking for a reduced amount - JUST a payment plan but they are not working with me and threatening to take me to court. I had already made payments equaling $1000 toward the remaining balance before I lost my job. What can I do? I am on foodstamps and Wic. Just had a baby and I am just struggling. I never said I didn't WANT to pay the debt... I am TRYING to pay the debt... I know that now I can pay at least 100 a month toward the debt even if it takes me forever. The point is that I CANNOT pay the lump sum that they are asking me to - and like I stated - I was in a DV situation and got completely screwed on everything... SO what's the worst that can happen if I just continue making payments to the store even if it's not in the amount that they are requesting?

Voting Question: Is this a Criaglist scam?

I got contacted off of craigslist, and after I asked for more details I got this email. I'm just wondering if anyone thinks that it might not be legit. So here's the email: Hi Bridget, Thank you for writing back. My name is Adeline Benoit and I am the owner of a small fashion company located in France which sells clothes and fashion accessories in Europe. You can check my website at www.benoit-mode.com. Let me tell you why I need someone in USA. During the past few months I decided to sell my merchandise to USA. Most of my US customers pay for my products using bank wire. The problem with bank wires from USA to Europe is that they take too long to clear, 2 weeks, sometimes 3 weeks. This issue causes unwanted shipping delays for my customers. I tried to open up a bank account in US a few weeks ago, but due to the fact that I am located in France I had no success. Recently one of my customers has suggested to find someone in USA to be my payment agent. This job is pretty simple. You will receive the payments from my US customers in a regular bank account. This will be alot of help to me since a domestic wire in USA takes just 1 day to clear, unlike an international wire which takes 2 weeks to clear. You will confirm when the transfer clears and I will be able to ship the merchandise the very next day. There are no start up costs involved, you have to be at least 18 years old and to have a bank account available for receiving the payments from my US customers. I will also need you to have a few hours available during the banking hours (not everyday, only when you receive a payment). I will pay you an 8% commision from each transfer and since my monthly sales to USA are in average between $10,000 and up to $50,000 you could earn a considerable amount each month. For example if the sales in one month are $30,000 you will earn $2,400 (which is 8%). Once the transfer clears, you will cash out your 8% and transfer the rest to Europe. All taxes or fees are on me, you don't have to pay for anything. If you decide to move forward with our collaboration, I will need you to sign an "Agent Agreement" contract. Just let me know when you are ready to review the contract and I will email it to you. Once the contract is filled in and signed we are ready to start our collaboration. I am looking to extend my business in the USA and if we build a nice bussiness collaboration this could turn out to be a good decision for you over the next few years. I feel like I should apologize for the way I contacted you but I have no other means of getting in touch with people in your country. I am looking forward to hear from you. Thank you Adeline Benoit Benoit S.a.r.l. www.benoit-mode.com
