Bleeding Heart Aurora

Dicentra formosa 'Aurora'

The Bleeding Heart Aurora, 'Dicentra 'Aurora'Ö, is a fast-growing perennial with creamy white, heart-shaped flowers. The blooms look wonderful against its grayish foliage. Dicentra 'Aurora'Ö has a plant height of 14'¥ and a width of 20'¥. Dicentra should be planted in full sun but will tolerate morning shade. It is heat tolerant and needs moist soil. Do not let it dry out. Dicentra will bloom from May to September and is a major attractor to butterflies. 'Aurora'Ö makes excellent cut flowers, in mass with groundcovers, or in potted containers. Being an old fashioned plant, it is a must in any landscape.
