SHA to plant 384 trees at I-695 and Baltimore National Pike interchange

Move part of a $1.4 million effort to add 28,000 trees to Baltimore and Harford counties The Maryland State Highway Administration announced Thursday that its $1.4 million initiative to plant nearly 28,000 trees and shrubs in Baltimore and Harford counties will include 384 in Catonsville.

A 35-year-old man was faces 18 theft-related charges stemming from an incident in 2011 in Palmyra. Jermaine McCutchen, whose last known address was Lancaster County prison, has been charged in connection with an incident at 9:44 p.m. April 18 at 87 Bartlett Circle, police said Thursday.
