Hosta fortunei 'Fire & Ice'

The Hosta Fire and Ice, 'Hosta fortunei', has heart shaped leaves with white centers and dark green margins. The lavender flowers bloom from July to August, however, Hosta'Ös are not known for their flowers. With a plant height of 20'¥ and a spread of 30'¥, Hosta'Ös provide bright color in shade with wonderful foliage. Hosta 'Fire and Ice'Ö needs to be planted in a full shade area in any moist, well-drained area. This low care perennial is ideal for shady positions, tubs and patio pots, and is one of the most popular landscape plants. A great choice for any beginner gardener.
