The Louisiana Iris Mixed, 'Iris', is a great choice for those wet boggy garden areas that need a burst of color. This mix of our beautiful Louisiana Iris includes our two most popular Iris including, 'Bold Pretender' and 'Black Gamecock'. The diversity of colors from this Mix will create a stunning effect in your garden, and the very bold and dramatic blooms will be a real talking point. Native to Louisiana and southeastern US wetland, they make perfect companions to the tall bearded Iris. Grows in water, at the edge of a pond or a well watered garden in full sun or partial shade. They love moisture, so give them the same conditions you'd give impatiens or astilbes, with perhaps a little more sun, and they'll do well for you. Gather the large blooms for an extraordinary indoor arrangement.
