Phlox Junior Surprise

Phlox Junior 'Surprise' (PPAF)

The Phlox Junior Surprise , Phlox paniculata 'Junior Surprise ' (PPAF), has fragrant white flowers with red eyes on free-branching short stems. It is one the Phlox Junior series that contain mildew resistant plants. Blooming all summer long, it has a plant height of 18-22'. As a definite addition to any perennial garden, it attracts butterflies and provides a mainstay of summer color. Junior Surprise needs to be planted in a full sun area in well-drained soil. Use Junior Surprise in rock gardens, as a border or in a cut flower garden. Remove faded flower clusters to encourage continuous blooming.
