The Weeping Cut Leaf Birch, Betula pendula 'Dalecarlica', is a graceful white-bark tree. This birch has pendulous branches that sway in the breeze. Its delicate finely cut foliage turns a brilliant yellow in the fall. This hardy variety is highly recommended for lawn and park plantings. Once established, it tolerates some heat and dry spells. This birch is easily grown in average, medium, well-drained soil in full sun to part shade.
